On 26 November 2025, Good Samaritan Inn proudly blessed and opened The Haven, a transformative new facility designed to provide safety, stability, and hope for women, trans and gender diverse people, and children impacted by family violence.
The Haven expands on the vital crisis accommodation offered at The Inn, offering 10 self-contained apartments and welcoming community spaces where individuals and families can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Residents can stay for up to 12 months, giving them the time and support needed to develop skills and opportunities for independent, purposeful living.
This milestone reflects Good Samaritan Inn’s ongoing commitment to creating safe environments and empowering those affected by family violence to thrive.
